Shipping Information

AFDart ships all artwork with professional carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Smaller pieces are shipped through FedEx, UPS, or USPS, while oversized or framed artworks ship via specialized freight services.

Free shipping includes curbside delivery to the front of your home within the continental United States.
Premium delivery options—such as inside delivery, white-glove handling—are not included but can be quoted upon request.

In-stock artwork typically ships within 3-5 business days.
Made-to-order or special-order pieces will be assigned a production and shipping timeframe.


Damage Policy

We take every precaution to protect your art, but if damage occurs in transit, fast reporting is essential.

All AFDart shipments are fully insured.
At delivery, please:

  1. Inspect all boxes and cartons carefully
  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing—this is required for claims
  3. Open and inspect your artwork promptly

All damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your artwork.

To report damage, email QAD3@worldofdecor.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A short description of the issue

Do not throw away any packaging. Carriers require the packaging for inspection.
Discarding packaging may void your claim.
All claims follow the carrier’s official policies.


Missing Items or Hardware

If your artwork arrives incomplete or missing hanging hardware, please email QAD3@worldofdecor.com with your order number and a description of what is missing. We will correct the issue promptly.


Return Policy

AFDart accepts returns for qualifying artwork within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, email cs@worldofdecor.com for a Return Authorization (RA).
No returns will be accepted without an approved RA number.

Returned artwork must be in the same condition in which it was received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund.

If the artwork is returned with additional damage, improper repacking, or evidence of mishandling, AFDart may charge up to a 20% restocking fee or refuse the return.

After 30 days, no returns can be accepted.

Refunds are issued in the same payment method originally used — no cash refunds.

Final sale items include:

  • Clearance artwork
  • Custom sizes
  • Special-order art
  • Personalized or commissioned pieces

Any situation not covered here will be reviewed at AFDart’s discretion.
